If you find the same item at a lower everyday price from an eligible Canadian medical retailer, we’ll match it (product cost plus shipping)— and if you’ve already purchased from us, we’ll refund the difference if you notify us within 30 days of your order date.

“Make an Offer” is your chance to suggest a lower price than the one listed. If you’ve seen the same item cheaper somewhere else—or you simply want to negotiate—send us your offer and we’ll review it.

We will match lower pricing on:

  • Same size / variant
  • Same new-condition product
  • Item currently in stock

This guarantee applies to the following product categories only:

  • CPAP machines & CPAP supplies
  • Compression therapy supplies
  • Orthopedic bracing
  • Lymphedema products

To protect product safety, authenticity, and proper medical handling, we only match prices from:

Canadian medical retailers (online or in-store) who:

  • Are specialized in medical equipment or medical supplies
  • Have a Canadian head office, and
  • Ship products from within Canada

Retailers We Cannot Price Match

We do not match pricing from non-medical or generic online retailers, including but not limited to:

  • Amazon
  • Walmart
  • Kijiji
  • eBay
  • Facebook Marketplace
  • Big-box stores
  • Any non-medical marketplace
  • International sellers or retailers shipping from outside Canada

We also do not match:

  • Wholesale clubs
  • Membership-only pricing
  • Preferred customer or loyalty discounts
  • Prices hidden behind login requirements (“Log in to see price”)

Price Verification Requirements

To request a price match, the customer must provide:

  • An active hyperlink to the competitor’s product page
  • Publicly displayed pricing accessible without logging in
  • A product listing that is currently in stock and available for purchase

We cannot accept:

  • Screenshots
  • Expired or inactive links
  • Email-only or personalized promotional pricing
  • “Limited time,” holiday, or special-event sales
All pricing must be easily verifiable by our team. If we cannot verify the price as accurate and valid, the request cannot be approved.

Excluded Pricing Types

Our Lowest Price Guarantee applies only to standard, everyday retail pricing. We do not match prices involving:

  • Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Boxing Day, or any holiday promotion
  • Clearance or discontinued pricing
  • Flash sales, limited-time sales, or doorcrashers
  • Preferred member discounts
  • Club or subscription-based pricing
  • Personalized emails or targeted promotional offers
  • Volume or bulk purchase discounts
  • Bundle pricing

After-Purchase Price Guarantee

If you already purchased from us and find an eligible lower price elsewhere, you may request a refund of the difference, provided that:

  • All eligibility criteria above are met
  • The request is submitted within 30 days of your purchase.
  • You supply an active hyperlink showing the current lower price

Double Your Money Back Guarantee (Store Credit)

If all requirements of the Lowest Price Guarantee are met, you may qualify for our Double Your Money Back Credit.

How it works:

  1. We verify that the lower price meets all eligibility rules
  2. We will provide you with store credit equal to the difference in price
  3. We then double that difference and issue the extra amount as an additional store credit
  4. Store credit must be used within 30 days of being issued

Example:
If the price difference is $20, you’ll receive a $20 Store Credit for the price match plus a $20 “Double Your Money Back” store credit.
Store credit is non-refundable, non-transferable, and must be used within the stated timeframe.

No. We only match and beat Canadian specialized medical retailers. U.S. pricing varies, and with the tariff’s and exchange rates it is impossible for us to properly convert US Pricing.
No — all products come with full manufacturer warranties

We carry every brand of CPAP machine, mask, tubing and accessory from every Approved CPAP manufacturer in Canada. However, not all brands or products are listed on our site because some of our prices are listed below the “minimum approved Advertizing Prices” required by the manufacturers so we cannot list their prices publicly. However if not listed, you can request pricing via our PRICE REQUEST page”
